Not related to the draft itself, but significant to your ethos, check out grammar and usage trends that you know you might need to attend to. For example, in your introduction to your draft, you have a faulty subject-verb agreement. it's not a great big deal, but it does affect your public persona.
Comments on the draft itself are in no particular order:

• Cambodia's Buddhist reaching practices? Teaching? Preaching?
• I'm assuming you are going to create reference links as appropriate in your final draft.
• And, I'm assuming you'll format the country names appropriately in the hierarchy of headings and subheadings on the page.
• Notably needs a comma following it when it starts a sentence. See "conjunctive adverbs" and commas in your grammar/usage guide.
• Look at the sentence about percentage of women getting degrees in Mongolia. Something missing there.
• Subject-verb agreement in Nepal
• In Nepal - specifically nursing needs a comma before "which" which begins a nonessential clause. Nonessential clauses are set off from the rest of a sentence with commas.
• overall - really good job making lots of numbers meaningful and clear. Tone is also neutral and straightforward (assuming attribution of material to sources were needed).
