Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, The Dumping Ground (series 3), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at List of The Haunted Hathaways episodes. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Unexplained changing of an episode title not supported by sources (diff). Warning will also apply to similar, unexplained changing of an episode title in List of The Thundermans episodes (diff). MPFitz1968 (talk) 15:35, 16 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The Dumping Ground[edit]

Hello, could you please stop adding unnecessary capitalisation to the Characters section of the article "The Dumping Ground (series 3)"? While it may seem trivial, capitalisation is NOT used in any articles to denote the first and last episodes a character has appeared in. Please leave the section as it is. Sylvestermccoyfan7 (talk) 23:43, 18 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

February 2015[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at The Dumping Ground (series 3). Your edits have been reverted or removed.

Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. –Davey2010Talk 04:04, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Caps[edit]

MOS:CAPS states and I quote "Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization. Most capitalization is for proper names or for acronyms. Wikipedia relies on sources to determine what is a proper name; words and phrases that are consistently capitalized in sources are treated as proper names and capitalized in Wikipedia"
So basically you cannot use caps for every single word,
Continuing to add caps is disruptive editing and you can be blocked for it
Consider this a final warning,
Thank you, –Davey2010Talk 04:56, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to User:Davey2010. —Frosty 10:36, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Linde - You're on very very thin ice here, You are aware carrying on with the caps thing will get you blocked indefinitely don't you ?.....,
Pack it in with the caps and just enjoy editing the articles you like and in a constructive manner - If you are unable to do that then this place isn't for you!,
Either stop with the caps or get blocked indefinitely - It's your choice!,
Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 22:52, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

February 2015 - The Dumping Ground (series 3)[edit]

You have been warned multiple times regarding unnecessary capitalisation in the article "The Dumping Ground (series 3)". You have had appropriate guidelines quoted at you from multiple users, all of your edits have been reverted and you have received multiple bans. So why do you still keep on adding this unnecessary capitalisation? Your continued edits contravene Wikipedia guidelines; you've had enough chances already - PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE TO MAKE THESE UNCONSTRUCTIVE AND UNNECESSARY EDITS. Sylvestermccoyfan7 (talk) 17:29, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

February 2015[edit]

Constructive contributions are appreciated and strongly encouraged, but your recent edit to the userpage of another user may be considered vandalism. Specifically, your edit to User:Sylvestermccoyfan7 may be offensive or unwelcome. In general, it is considered polite to avoid substantially editing others' userpages without their permission. Instead, please bring the matter to their talk page and let them edit their user page themselves if they agree on a need to do so. Please refer to Wikipedia:User page for more information on User page etiquette. Someone else's user page is not the place to speak to them, much less attack them. If you wish to communicate with them on Wikipedia, please use their talk page or your own talk page. ROBERTMFROMLI | TK/CN 21:46, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I did not vandalize your page - I haven't touched your page. Please do not attack other editors on their USER page. This page (click link) isn't yours, so, you should not be editing it. If you have any questions on what I mean about that, please feel free to post them here, and I will respond here. ROBERTMFROMLI | TK/CN 21:54, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Look Mr Bossy Boots You know you vandalised my page so don't act innocent now lets just be friends .

Pls Rly,

Linde

Hi again, your user page history, which you can find here[1] will show you who, if anyone edited your userpage. You will see that I did not touch it at all. I see you've run into a few problems here and there on Wikipedia - if I can help you understand how things work around here, please let me know.
Here's a few tips:
  • Always remember to sign your comments on talk pages with ~~~~
  • You can indent your text by putting a colon (:) in front of each new paragraph.
  • You can read about how Wikipedia works at WP:FIVE
  • Don't forget to fill out an edit summary when editing a page. And while it's not necessary on your talk page, I still do it so I am always in the habit od doing so.
  • Don't forget to start a new section the first time you comment on someone's talk page, and place it at the bottom. A new section can be started by typing one line of text with == before and after the line.

You have been again, for continuing the same kind of disruptive editing that led to your previous blocks. Most of the disruption is of rather trivial kinds, but you have made it perfectly clear that you have no intention of editing in accordance with Wikipedia's guidelines. Editors who insist on defying consensus of other editors just waste everybody's time, so it is more helpful to the project to exclude them than to let them continue. The new block is for just a month, but if you carry on in the same way you are very likely to be blocked indefinitely next time. Indeed, I very seriously considered blocking you indefinitely this time, particularly in view of this edit, in which you threatened to evade any block that might be imposed. Announcing that you intend to evade blocks is a pretty good way of persuading administrators that you are never going to edit in a cooperative way, which is likely to lead them to decide that you should be blocked indefinitely. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If you have already appealed to the Unblock Ticket Request System and been declined you may appeal to the Arbitration Committee's Ban Appeals Subcommittee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
