Request reason:

because it is a blatant violation of our username policy - it is obviously profane, attacks or impersonates another person, or clearly suggests that your intention is not to contribute to the encyclopedia? this is none of those

Decline reason:

True, however it is still a violation of our username policy, as it can mislead people when they see 'Logging in please wait' on their screen. You can request a username change while blocked, I suggest you do this if you still want to contribute. — Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry (talk) 20:26, 29 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I should've said "Abusing multiple accounts" since you are the same person as I really have to find a name (talk · contribs) and Anon only acount creation blocked (talk · contribs). The latter account was created 7 minutes after the first before vandalising the same page. This account was also created seven minutes later. Based on the timing and similar nature of usernames, I blocked. Plus, no new user knows how to post an unblock request a minute right after they're blocked.
