Welcome![edit]

Hello, Mangalath jr, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Transition (2020), may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

New to Wikipedia? Please consider taking a look at the our introductory tutorial or reviewing the contributing to Wikipedia page to learn the basics about editing. Below are a few other good pages about article creation.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions ask me on my talk page or you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! 220 of ßorg 11:45, 12 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Transition (2020) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Transition (2020), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Transition (2020) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Transition (2020). When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. New changes were made in this page, as I'm the author of the previous page and I deleted the page for renaming the title transition 2020 to transition (film) (2020) ,this page should not be deleted as it is genuine Mangalath jr (talk) 08:26, 13 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to put up my movies details up on Wikipedia what I didn't know is that there was something called conflict of interest I didn't know we shouldn't put up something of our personal intrest so I won't be doing that again. Even if you lift up the block I wouldn't make another issue. I've been blocked for disruptive edits but if you unblock me I won't do any harm I understand the seriousness of the situation now. I'm really sorry for creating an issue. Hope you understand.Thankyou.

  • Blocking Admin Comment I'll leave this for someone else as I'm obviously involved, but I'm assuming good faith in his explanation above and would support a second chance if creator agrees to his unblock request in not editing related to his movie, other than edit requests per standard practice should it be deemed notable and have an article. Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mangalath jr, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Nothing wrong with a 31 hour block, but I'd have blocked indefinitely in this case. Mangalath jr was previously unblocked with the promise not to edit about the Transition movie. Instead, they violated WP:SOCK to continue editing about the Transition movie. Pretty shady and most certainly shows we cannot trust this user to abide by their word. --Yamla (talk) 16:35, 27 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
