Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Modern Intelligence - Security Community - Utopia or Reality
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Modern Intelligence - Security Community - Utopia or Reality, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Unblock
[edit]Markojankovic87 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I am blocked by someone who apparently has something against the author I made an article about. Markojankovic87 (talk) 19:48, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 20:15, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
@Yamla: I have no idea why I am blocked. I published an article about an author significant to his field of study, and articles about his two books. It would be helpful if I knew the reason. Thanks in advance. --Markojankovic87 (talk) 20:32, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
- As your block message says, you have violated WP:COI. You work for a marketing agency and appear to have been violating WP:PAID by writing about your clients. We aren't remotely interested in what marketing agencies wish to say about their clients. You'll need to address this in any future unblock request. --Yamla (talk) 21:20, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
@Yamla: How did you end up with that conclusion? Whoever claims that I am working for a marketing agency should prove that with any evidence. Someone can't just make something up and block another user without any consequences. That is simply against any normal human behavior. As I told you that I am not working for a marketing agency, please unblock me or submit evidence that I am working for a marketing agency. I can prove that I am not, and if it is possible, I am going to sue Wikipedia and people responsible for such discrimination. --Markojankovic87 (talk) 21:32, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
- As you have threatened legal action, I have revoked your talk page access. Once your legal action concludes, you may use WP:UTRS to request reinstatement of talk page access. You may also use UTRS to unconditionally withdraw your legal threats. You do not need to contest any other part of your block via UTRS, they are free to simply reinstate your talk page access once your legal threat is resolved. Note that I am not the blocking admin in this case, I'm just noting why I understand you were blocked by another admin. --Yamla (talk) 21:43, 8 December 2020 (UTC)

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
