Firstly the article Marshall Aerospace already exists. Make improvements there. Look at Boeing as a good example. Secondly this reads like promotional advertising rather than an encyclopedia article, listing services you provide rather than providing the history and development of the company. (You have a colorful history -- see Arthur Marshall (engineer). The history section is straight off the company website, unmodified. ~~(Note the other editors: this is not a copyright violation since the pictures and captions, which make up all the content, have been put in Commons with the appropriate license.)~~ Uploaded at Commons saying "own work", which it obviously isn't. Source not given and no indication the company approved.

Speedy deletion nomination of User:MarshallADG/sandbox

Welcome to Wikipedia, but please understand that this is an encyclopedia, not a free advertising platform. What was in your sandbox was an advertisement, listing all the compnay's services. There was already an article at Marshall Aerospace. I have moved it (amended the title) to Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group, leaving redirects from Marshall Aerospace and from Marshall ADG, and update the infobox with the one from your sandbox.

I blocked your account because Wikipedia accounts are for individuals only, who are personally responsible for them, and accounts whose names are the names of companies or groups are not permitted. Your username may be based on your real name, or not, as you choose (see WP:REALNAME for some considerations), but it should not be the name of any other living person. A username of the form "James at Marshall ADG" would be acceptable, and would serve to declare your affiliation.

Even with an individual username, in any editing to do with Marshall or its business or its competitors you would have, from Wikipedia's point of view, a Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, and should carefully read that guideline and the Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide. In brief, you should not edit directly, but may make suggestions on the article talk page, understanding that while we want to get things right, we are not here to help promote Marshall.
