Theatre pages (incl. Metamorphosis (off-broadway show))[edit]

Hello Mcgee191, and welcome to Wikipedia!

I just checked a request from the user Asukite to review the page Metamorphosis (off-broadway show). There were a few things about this page that resulted in it failing to meet our inclusion policy. In response to that request I deleted the page, for the reasons discussed below. Note that while the page is gone, the content still exists and can be restored by an administrator.

The most significant concern was that the page appeared to directly use a great deal of content from a third-party website: https://www.metamorphosismac.com/ For copyright reasons, we have to be very vigilant that we don't use any content without permission of the copyright holder, and can't include content copied from other sites.

There was also concern that the could appear as promotional. Wikipedia requires pages be written neutrally, and not be used to advertise their subject. Take a look at the linked page, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, as well as Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not to get an idea of what we look for.

I notice some of the other pages you've worked on may have similar challenges, so I wanted to reach out and provide some helpful info for you. Let me know if you have any questions.
