The source says: "Mohamed Soliman of the liberal Al-Dostour party fears that the new minister could use his position to settle political scores."

The wiki article says: "Mohamed feared that al-Zind will use his new role to remove several independent judges to settle political scores."

This is an example; there are other passages that similarly follow quite closely. 1
