Removal of notices

Hi, MichealH, and welcome to Wikipedia. It is actually OK for people to remove certain types of notices from their talk page, whether they are a registered account or editing from an IP. Please refer to this policy. Also, for your own protection, it would be a good idea to not have so much personal information on your user page. I am going to post at a notice board called WP:ANI and see if your personal details should be permanently removed from the system; I hope that's OK with you. Happy editing. --Diannaa (Talk) 21:12, 11 October 2010 (UTC)

Hi. Welcome, again. I am an administrator here, and after reading Diannaa's message I have removed the personal details you posted on your user page. Please read the good advice at Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors. Leave a message here or on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 21:34, 11 October 2010 (UTC)
One other point - it looks as though you have quite often edited your user pages while logged out. It's a good idea always to log in before editing - it makes it clear who has done what, and it avoids any possible suspicion of sockpuppetry. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 08:55, 12 October 2010 (UTC)

Request for permissions

Hi Micheal. Your request was filed as a request for "confirmed" status, which you already have. If you want to request rollback, that's a different type of request -- please take another shot at it. Looie496 (talk) 02:31, 24 October 2010 (UTC)

Your request for rollback

Hi MichealH. After reviewing your request for rollback, I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Tiptoety talk 18:21, 25 October 2010 (UTC)

The band is not the clear primary meaning for this acronym - it makes more sense for it to point to the disambiguation page. Cheers, 81.142.107.230 (talk) 11:35, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
