Hey, just FYI, DDG has added some references to your page. Also, if you have a problem with losing your work, have you considered the "show preview" button to hang on to what you've done, or copy-pasting it into word or a similar program and then re-pasting the whole thing into your browser when you're ready? Just some suggestions, unless I misunderstood what you said on the article's talk page. ZachPG 02:20, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Photos

[edit]

How do I get a photo to stay when I have the permission of the individual in the photo to use it? They keep getting deleted... I've tried several licensing options but obviously not the right one? Mol5136 18:00, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Removing sources

[edit]

Please refrain form deleting reliable sources s you did at Ayman Mohyeldin. You may not like Fox News, you may not like the fact that Ayman Mohyeldin is being criticized by a major news network. But arbitrarily removing such material from a page is Wikipedia:Disruptive editing.E.M.Gregory (talk) 14:25, 21 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you are a very occasional editor. You are welcome to contribute, but you might want to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia before again removing material from this or other pages.E.M.Gregory (talk) 14:29, 21 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Fox News "source" was an opinion piece not a news article. This is not about like or don't like. This about using reliable sources not opinions. Mol5136 (talk) 14:48, 21 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. E.M.Gregory (talk) 15:36, 21 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Talk pages exist for disputes like this. Do not remove well-sourced material withoutdiscussing it first. Deleting material as you did is not acceptable behavior. And you really should take this to the talk page, as I did a few hours ago, rather than getting aggressive on my talk page. I suggest that you now show good faith by restoring the article and the reliable sources (news articles) that you have deleted.E.M.Gregory (talk) 15:36, 21 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

who is aggressive? I'm not being aggressive. I'm trying to find ways to include what you want without erring toward the bias of opinion. Stay with the facts.Mol5136 (talk) 16:25, 21 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
