Speedy deletion nomination of Spacz[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Spacz requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Liz Read! @Moses blah did you remove the previous CSD tag that @Liz added, whilst you were logged out? CoconutOctopus talk 12:07, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The media file that you uploaded, File:Spacz photograph 2023.jpg, has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a copyright violation of https://www.flickr.com/photos/198967048@N08/53301462262/ and had no credible claim of fair use or permission. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the file belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion review. plicit 12:37, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:JZyNo.jpeg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:JZyNo.jpeg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. plicit 12:42, 11 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Spacz[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Spacz, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". February 2024[edit]

Information icon

Hello Moses blah. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Spacz, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Moses blah. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Moses blah|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS💬 10:38, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

sincerely am not being paid or compensated for the piece. the subject has popped on my radar several times and according to the information I have gathering about the subject, he's at least a popular figure in his terrain. And I am in no way trying to like promote the subject. Respectfully I am trying to give more information about this subject to his audience or at least people trying to know more about him.
I totally understand that you think that I and the subject has a relationship but I haven't a lot of pieces about a lot of people and I am not a blogger or I'm not blogging where I'll get paid for stories.
I am respectfully contributing to entertainment world locally and internationally so again am not getting paid for it.
Thanks.
Peace.

As I can see, you've been attempting to create this article since October 2022, uploaded some copyrighted images, and created Draft:See the sun again, a song by the same person and you are not trying to promote him? Additionally, could you explain why you tried to create the same article under a different title (SPACZ) after Spacz was deleted? GSS💬 11:37, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
2022 is the kick start and prime of the subject career according to my research at the time and those copyrighted images of the subject were removed and than provided non copyrighted images which were accepted.
Was I suppose give up because a article was declined during reviewing process? or keep attempting to get the article up means is a promotion stunt?
Capitalizing the title which spelling remains the same is not charging the title, I was modifying the title.
Actually SPACZ was deleted than was later created with it initially created name Spacz which is not wrong.
I could have mentioned the subject trophies and milestone in the article clearly if I initially had the intention to promote and I am say this is in no way trying to promote the subject.
thank. Moses blah (talk) 12:16, 13 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
