Hi, I hope Special:Permalink/849795002#Fullmetal Alchemist didn't come off as offensive; it certainly wasn't meant like that. Obviously such working paper versions of a paper are better than nothing - I was just expressing my hope that the user goes for the published version when citing to it in the article and thought I could incentivize that by sending it directly to them (so they don't have to bother you again) :). Hello, MrLinkinPark333. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

- @Ipigott: Wow. You've went above and beyond for that one! If you want, I can generate a list of Canadian women employed by Air Canada, Canadian Airlines International, Canadian Armed Forces and Transport Canada. There's also a list of first women pilots in Canada but not all of them are in the bush pilots book due to the author not being able to locate them. Would you want any of these lists to work through? - Canada is only one of "my countries". I lived in the Montreal area from 1968 to 1973. The other countries in which I have lived and have close contacts with are France, Austria, Spain, Luxembourg and Denmark. As a former official of the European Commission (1973–2006), I have also had professional contacts with all the EU countries. Most of the articles I have created over the last four or five years are related to the Scandinavian countries, especially women's biographies, as there are not too many editors who are fluent in the Scandinavian languages. So take your pick! By the way, where do you come from? Maybe you are also based in Canada?--Ipigott (talk) 19:58, 27 December 2018 (UTC)
