His tenure as ambassador of Saudi Arabia in France was from 1976 to 1996, this is also confirmed on the Wikipedia page for the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in France. I worked for him during this time and can confirm this is true. I changed it but for some reason it was altered again. I also added his position as Minister of Broadcasting but it was removed also.
