Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedy deleted as being about a person, animal, organization or web content but which fails to assert the importance of its subject, because... This new organization was started by major scientists, sociologists, artists, and computer scientists in the fields of global warming, illegal immigration, geopolitics, education, art & politics, digital democracy. They are house in UCSD's Calit2, a large contributer in the world digital technology. They had a successful conference in june and every one of the speakers has a book coming out soon or a major paper. They have already created numerous successful projects in education, immigration reform, global warming (in connection with Scripps Institute of Oceanography). I could go on for a while, but I'd rather spend that time working on the page. Rather than speedily deleting it and making it harder to publish down the road, keep it flagged for deletion, I will have this page completed within 10 days.--MuchoSandwich (talk) 00:04, 26 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That said.... I do agree this page needs more meat... I'm working on it :) MuchoSandwich (talk) 00:32, 26 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
