Joél I doesn't have multiple accounts on wikipedia! Thanks for the infomation but i'm not starting an article to advertise on here. (Joél I) had an article already on wikipedia name: Joél Filsaime that was vandalised in May 2011 and has ask me to create him a new article name: Joél I

I'm sorry that you misunderstood the rules- you are only permitted to have one account at Wikipedia, and you are not permitted to advertise yourself. You will never be able to advertise yourself on Wikipedia, no matter how many accounts you create or how many different titles you use for the article about yourself, because there are many people at Wikipedia who review new articles as they are submitted, and all of them review those articles using the same guidelines.
