In reply to your request for help, every edit that you have made has been to spam a link that has already had to be blacklisted due to constant spamming. It seems highly likely that you are the same person behind the number of IPs that have constantly tried to spam the link. If you are only interested in free advertising, then Wikipedia is not the place for you as advertising is not allowed. If you want help in learning to edit and will stop trying to spam, then I would be glad to try to help, but if your only intention is to spam, then I'm afraid that I can't help you.
