Dr Denis Yip is the CEO of ASTRI Hong Kong, and ASTRI is a government funded research institution that act as a leading model in Hong Kong. This institution is very critical in constructing smart city in HK. Since Dr Denis Yip is the key person of the company which leads the direction, it is important for people to know more about his background. For those following along, this account is  Confirmed to ASTRI Hong Kong, but this is permitted. That account was blocked with permission to create a new account. What's not cool is the blatantly inappropriate paid promotion of Dr. Denis Yip. declared paid editor. I misunderstand the administrators word before, placing the interest declaration on the page instead of user page. I am willing to make a correct declaration but failed because my account is being blocked. Also, we have communicate with the Chinese version of Wikipedia administrators and made amendment on the content of Dr. Denis Yip's page. We have deleted all promotional information and allowed to publish the page of Dr. Denis Yip. We will follow the structure of that to edit the content of Dr. Denis Yip and try our best to avoid any promotional action in the future. WP:GAB explains how to make an unblock request; you seem to be having problems with this. The Chinese version of Wikipedia is a separate project with separate rules. Thank you for your reply. I believe that it is not the problem of writing about Dr. Yip but the content and declaration of interest. Since we are willing to amend the content according to the English Wikipedia's rules and declare our interest in user page, please do let me know whether I can be unblocked under this circumstance. I want to be very, very clear. You will not be unblocked to write about Dr. Yip. If you wish to write about Dr. Yip, this is the end of the line. Furthermore, you will not be unblocked at all unless and until you explain your conflict of interest; see WP:COI. You seem to have a hard time understanding what you are being told, over and over and over again. You appear to be deliberately wasting our time. What do you plan to write about other than Dr. Yip? You've clearly demonstrated yourself incapable of writing about subject areas for which you have a conflict of interest. We've told you over and over again you will not be unblocked to write about Dr. Yip. OK, I understand I can not be unblocked to write about Dr. Yip. I am applying unblock to update information of CMB Wing Lung Bank which the Chairman and CEO has been changed. Chairman: Liu Yuan and CEO: Hong Bo. I have no conflict of interest with CMB Wing Lung Bank.
