Hi SwisterTwister, I am still working on my article. I am aware that I put a lemma in the title and would like to merge the Dr. Marius Nasta page with the Marius Nasta page. I am aware that someone authorised needs to do this. Can you help please? Thank you. nastadera

Dr. Marius Nasta[edit]

Nastadera, you did a number of mistakes in the process of creating this article. First and foremost, no academic titles in the lemma. I tried to fix that but you deleted the speedy delete box: Do NOT delete the template! First, an administrator has to delete the page "Marius Nasta", then the existing page has to go there, and the first site could be alteres into a fredirect site. Second, your article lacks to meet numerous conventions for biography articles in the Wikipedia project. Read the guidelines first, please. --GeoTrinity (talk) 12:34, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

THank you for your comments. can you please help me by merging the Dr. Marius Nasta page and the Marius Nasta page or tell me how to do this. thank you. Nastadera
As I said, an administrator has to delete your created redirect first, then I move the article and install a new redirect. Don't delete the red box in on the "Marius Nasta" site though. --GeoTrinity (talk) 12:43, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Hi there, I understand that you are an active administrator. I would like to move the page Dr. Marius Nasta to the page Marius Nasta. Can you please help? Thank you. Nastadera
Hi Nastadera, I'm not sure who you're replying to. Neither SwisterTwister nor GeoTrinity are administrators. A speedy deletion tag has already been placed on Marius Nasta, which will alert an administrator that it needs to be deleted. After that page has been deleted, you will be able to move Dr. Marius Nasta, the current article you are working on, to Marius Nasta. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from Marius Nasta until the page has been deleted, or your request will not be processed. Also, please note that there are about 196 active speedy deletion requests at this moment. Please be patient; it may take some time before an administrator will be able to help you. Hi CabbagePotato, this is exactly what I pointed out four times to the user Nastadera who just does not understand basic conventions here, including the fact that one simply has to wait in certain cases. I've never said that I'm an administrator but after deleting a name space, regular users like us have to move the article. Nastadera moved the article "Marius Nasta" this morning (European time) to "Dr. Marius Nasta" and caused the problem himself (no academic titles in the lemma), then he opposed to the deletion of "Marius Nasta" since he didn't understand that this page has to be deleted first before the article finally can be moved back to the correct lemma in order to heal the situation. Sigh. I've almost given up on this case. He doubtlessly put a lot of effort into his new article but has just no clue how things work here technically. Best regards to the States; it's great to see that high school students are active Wikipedians, btw. Maybe you can keep this article on your watchlist and help out; you're in a later time zone than me and I need to go to bed soon. Thanks and Cheers --GeoTrinity (talk) 20:30, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@GeoTrinity: Sure, I'll try to help as much as I can (if necessary); I'll be on and off but I'll have this talk page and the articles on my watchlist. CabbagePotato (talk) 20:34, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Great, thank you for helping Nastadera getting his article done here! Cheers --GeoTrinity (talk) 20:37, 23 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
