Creating new articles[edit]
Hello, I have noticed you created many drafts as your first actions after creating a Wikipedia account. While I appreciate these contributions, I think your time is better spent improving existing articles, as that will help you get a feel for skills necessary to create new ones, such as notability, inline citations, synthesis and original research, etc. One good way to start is at your newcomer homepage. - If you can prove that the topic is notable then definitely. Statistics from the US government don't satisfy the 'significant coverage' part, as they don't speak about the 1960s boom. - I created a draft for the Perry school shooting, but that was denied because you doubted that the shooting would have a lasting impact. But now, there is an article for it.
