Thanks (Natalya)

[edit]
NoSeptember is awarded this Barnstar of Diligence for updating the section of users who want to join Esperanza but don't meet the requirements yet. Thanks! -- Natalya 23:03, 5 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You are most welcome, you certainly deserve it! That's rather convinient that it's almost been around for six months - I'll pretend that I planned it that way. ;) It's great to have that section, I imagine that all those who want to join, but can't yet find it rather welcoming. -- Natalya 23:30, 5 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanx (GangstaEB)

[edit]

There are gonna be some pretty rude comments on my page pretty soon... but why should a retiring user care? GangstaEB help me improve! 12:02, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I *sometimes* use my brothers account, he is just like me, about the biggest nerd in the state of Kentucky except for one thing: he hates Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide! So if you see any edits on that topic you know it's me borrowing his account because mine is all screwed up. Don't be afraid to drop in if you see any Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide edits. GangstaEB help me improve! 12:21, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

first off thanks, user page (JCarriker)

[edit]

First off thanks. Your edits corrected the problem of decreasing font size, but the color bleeding is still there. -JCarriker 11:33, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It may require tweaking User:JCarriker/lead. We could close the upper box before the drop down menus and put those in their own box. NoSeptember 11:47, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
  • I am experiencing an autoblock right now. We can work on it later, or if you wish you can continue to tinker with the pages. Thanks. - —Preceding unsigned comment added by JCarriker (talkcontribs)
  • I don't think I can fix the color issue, but I mentioned that on George's page, so he will look at it. NoSeptember 12:11, 10 August 2006 (UTC)

For the NoSeptember admin project, an exceptional user-initiated research endeavour. Well done. -- Samir धर्म 10:35, 25 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Must say, your admin project is stellar. I view it as the only viable user-initiated research done here. We need more compilations like this in order to improve systemically. The data is all there for assessment, just need people with intiative to assess it! Kudos -- Samir धर्म 10:35, 25 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

crazy globes (Touth)

[edit]

NoSeptember, YOU ROCK! your moving globe things on your user page are very cool! i want one on my user page. can you tell what i need to do? the springy one is the best! please? Touth 22:31, 2 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Click on any image and it takes you to the image page. Just add the image like any link (ie. [[image:Coil spring animation.gif|100px]], with the px controlling the sizing). NoSeptember 01:43, 3 September 2006 (UTC)

thank you (Tachikoma)

[edit]

Hello there, thank you for your kind praise. I do still feel badly about it. As Gmaxwell rightly points out on his user page, not assuming good faith can potentially scare away well-meaning editors of any experience level. I tried to be sufficiently clear in my initial message as to why I objected to the image, without being unduly harsh. Looking back at my choice of words, the message seems at least polite, if perhaps a bit cold. I think I could have handled that a little better.

In any case, thanks for your feedback and for your praise! --Tachikoma 03:52, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
