Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Laughter Yoga has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.meetup.com/LondonLaughterYoga/.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 21:09, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Laughter Yoga, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 08:43, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Laughter Yoga

[edit]

Content on Wikipedia needs to be wp:verifiable so that others can find the sources of that information. All significant content needs to wp:cite wp:reliable sources. Unsourced content may be removed.
I have no problem with you usurping Laughter Yoga. I removed it, as stated above, as you did not supply a source. You will need to cite sources at the time you add content to the article. You may want to use a sandbox to create the article so you do not have to follow this policy precisely. You could create on in User:Ntsolak/Laughter Yoga (click and start editing!). Another issue is that you can not use copyrighted material on Wikipedia articles without special permissions being filed. Your additions had the appearance of being copyrighted material. Please see Wikipedia:Copyright violations. Happy editing Jim1138 (talk) 09:01, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please read and take notice of the maessage above - and take it seriously.

Also have a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Laughter_Yoga&curid=5295823&action=history very carefully. very carefully. satusuro 09:36, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestions on editing

[edit]

See template:cite book on formatting book references, template:cite web for web references.
Use "inline" citations, if possible. See wp:cite. An example might be <ref>{{cite book |author= Kataria, Madan |date= 2002 |title= Laugh For No Reason |edition= 2 |publisher= Mumbai, India: Madhuri International |isbn= 978-81-87529-01-9}}</ref> which produces[1]

References
[edit]
  1. ^ Kataria, Madan (2002). Laugh For No Reason (2 ed.). Mumbai, India: Madhuri International. ISBN 978-81-87529-01-9.

Headings such as "Further reading" are called wp:section headings. Adding a number of equal signs "==" around the headings (they need to start on the far left of the page and be by themselves any extra characters outside of the "==" disrupts the formatting) these will automatically generate a table of contents.
Placing an asterisk "*" at the beginning of a line will be automatically replaced with a bullet point. Good for references and lists. A pound sign "#" will be replaced with sequential numbers. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 09:46, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Undid your deletions on Laugher Yoga

[edit]

FYI. Please start citing. It really needs to go in at the time of your edit. Not afterwards. It can result in others deleting content or deleting the article. Jim1138 (talk) 09:46, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 09:53, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
