Wikipedia is not a web host for holding personal web pages unrelated to work on building the encyclopaedia. You are, of course, welcome to make contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, but if your purpose is to write a personal web page, then you would be better advised to use one of the many web sites which do provide that sort of service, such as a social network site or a web hosting service. Many of us, including myself, when we started editing Wikipedia had mistaken ideas about the nature of Wikipedia, and made mistakes. I therefore don't blame you at all for coming here believing that it would be all right to use a Wikipedia user page to post a personal web page about yourself. however, you have continued to do so after it was explained to you that it was not acceptable. Also, posting links to attract readers to other web pages relating to you is regarded as using Wikipedia for promotion, which is not permitted by Wikipedeia policy. Editors who continue to edit in ways which are contrary to Wikipedia policies after being informed of the issues can be blocked from editing by Wikipedia administrators, and there is a danger that that may happen to you before long if yo continue in the same way.
