Essa Mina é Louca moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Essa Mina é Louca, does not have enough sources and content as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. A tag has been placed on Tribo das Danadas requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article does not exist or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Notice

The article Kika (song) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 17:30, 19 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of songs[edit]

Please don't create more articles about songs without first checking to see if they meet Wikipedia's notability requirements, located at WP:NSONG. As mentioned above, you can start an article in the draft article space if you need more time to work on them, and then you can submit it for evaluation when you are ready. • Have to agree with GorillaWarfare here. You've been warned plenty of times about creating useless articles that do not have a snowball's chance of staying in the encyclopedia. If you are going to stick around, you need to take the time to read up on our notability guidelines, and while you are at it, WP:Communication is required, an essay that explains why you need to engage and discuss when many people are complaining about your actions. Wikipedia is a collaborative project, you have to discuss sometimes. It is also a consensus project, so we are all bound by the standards agreed to by our peers. This means not wasting a lot of people's time by creating articles that clearly do not pass the criteria at WP:GNG. We aren't being jerks about it, it really does waste the time of a lot of people, and is frustrating. So don't do that. Otherwise, if you ignore all this, ignore the block, then go back to doing the same thing, you will be blocked longer, or for an indefinite time. We are willing to help you learn the basics here, but you have to communicate first, the discussion can't just be one way, with us talking AT you rather than with you. Portuguese citations[edit]

You can see a lot of errors at the bottom of Novo (song) because the citations are in Portuguese. Two things: 1) you need to either use the en-wiki citation templates, e.g. {{cite web}}, {{cite news}}, or in some cases you can use a workaround like {{citar web}}. I've fixed that now, just letting you know for next time. 2) The Portuguese references suggest you may be translating from the Portuguese article. That's fine, but you have to say that that's what your doing in the edit summaries, to maintain attribution. There are some instructions at Wikipedia:Translation § How to translate. Hope this helps. Thanks for making the article. › Mortee talk 16:33, 2 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Brega-funk, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. Regarding Speedy Deletion

Hello, Onca killer. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but a page you created , Pega a Receita, has been deleted as meeting one or more of the Categories for Speedy Deletion.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects of articles must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources which are unconnected with the subject and which provide verifiable information. Someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject.

Any deficiencies should be remedied before reposting as they can lead to repeated deletions.

The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems.

If you want to try again, please use the Article Wizard or articles for creation to guide you through the creation process.

You may find this tool useful for finding sources: Google custom search

Don't feel discouraged. My first attempts at creating articles were deleted too. You can ask for help at the TEAHOUSE

Your draft article, Draft:Brega-funk[edit]

Hello, Onca killer. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Brega-funk".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Dolotta (talk) 18:07, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
