In response to your feedback[edit]

I would recommend that when you make edits, you explain them on the talk page of the article, especially if they might look like vandalism. I checked one of your edits and it looked like vandalism to me, but I don't know the subject so it might have been a legitimate edit. If you provide references and explanations on talk pages it avoids people mistaking your edits for vandalism.

Request reason:

My reason of requesting an unblock is, the accusations of using sock puppets or spamming is not connected to my own behavior, or maybe I did not notice what has happened due to my prolonged and frequent absence to my Wikipedia account. I suspect this block is violating the 2nd and 4th article of WP:BLOCK#NOTPUNITIVE . I felt extremely humiliated and disparaged by repeated blocks. I request Rjd0060, the administrator who blocked my rights to edit pages, even I seldom log in to my account, provide the complete set of evidence to convince me, the true owner of the account owen2124, that I have committed those behaviors, including the ones happened in the Louis Pasteur page, which I've never access to. If it turned out I have been mistakenly blocked, I request an immediate unblock and a formal apology from Rjd0060, as I am truly confused and angered due to suspected false accusations, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Yours truly, Owen Kwong, owner of the Wikipedia account owen2124

Decline reason:

This account is not blocked directly, nor is it subject to an autoblock. If you are affected by a block on your IP address then we have no way of dealing with it unless you tell us what IP address. Please follow the instructions in the message that you see when you try to edit. JamesBWatson (talk) 14:35, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • Uninvolved administrator here. Are you sure you can't edit? Just looking at your account, your logs, and your edits, there appear to be no sanctions against you. WilliamH (talk) 05:36, 22 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
