How to request unblock[edit]

Your request simply said "unblock" but did not give any reason, and included "nowiki" tags which meant that it did not display correctly.

In any case I have explained to you, several times, that what you need to do is not complain to me but submit a proper unblock request saying what sort of edits you would make if you were unblocked: then a different admin will consider it, so that it is not just my opinion about your block.

He did answer, though, in another failure to arrange things in an orderly fashion, he placed his response way up in the article from my restatement of the question. "hi Largo Plazo this reason i will edit for article about history of music they have reference, awarded also and i wrote to article for music, hope you understood ...." One might infer this to mean that he wants to contribute to articles about the history of music.
