The way we write Wikipedia article is with a neutral point of view - the article on Tactilize doesn't read like a dispassionate summary of the topic - it reads like it's written by a salesperson for Tactilize. I could restore the article to your userspace for you to work on, but the sentiment in the deletion nomination is correct - there's essentially no content in it that's usable at all. It's at User:Philjeudy/Tactilize for the time being. I really, really recommend that you read WP:NPOV, and review some comparable articles to get a sense of how the tone should be. It's better - there's still a lot of issues, but it's more obvious how to address them. Firstly, I wouldn't rely on a single source; it's bad for neutrality, it's bad for establishing notability. It seems likely that http://frenchweb.fr/owni-se-detache-de-sa-socite-editrice-qui-devient-tactilize-61578/63455 and http://fr.techcrunch.com/2012/06/26/tactilize-plateforme-de-creation-d%E2%80%99applications-pour-ipad/ for instance, could be well used as sources and to establish notability; je sais un peu de francais, but I'm guessing you can assess them better than I can.

There's still a lot of - talking in a way that comes across as trying to address potential customers. Emphasizing that it's free software, (especially by free as in gratuit, not free as in libre, which is my impression), comes across as promotional. Referring to something as a "solution" is essentially salesman-speak. I'm not sure what the best example article for a comparison is - hmm. Maybe Whrrl? It's not too bad. Maybe SCVNGR? Actually, beyond that, I'm kinda confused. The source says "For €3,000, customers will get access to a dashboard which will allow them to create their app in full, with support for text, photo, video, maps and links." TActilize themselves say something different (i.e., that it's free, and maybe the plans for what it'll do are scaled back?). So it's a little bit tricky. My guess is there're changing plans there? (Pre-release articles are often a bad idea, especially read WP:CRYSTAL). I've made some changes, but I'm not entirely happy; I'll give it some thought. Wily D 08:31, 21 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Well, the formatting is pretty neutral. My gut reaction is that the meeting of the main inclusion criterion is pretty marginal, and that most editors have an intrinsic bias against commercial topics, which means it's liable to be contentious. I think the best approach is probably to wait for the public release (which is imminent anyhow, yes?), then re-up with the more substantial press coverage that's likely to occur at that time.
