Disambiguation link notification for April 19[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited List of top 10 singles in 2012 (France), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page La terre est ronde (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Jean-Marie Girault. The community has decided that all new biographies of living persons must contain a reliable source that supports at least one statement made about the person in the article as per our verifiability policy. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Jean-Marie Girault has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. The article Yves Guillou has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication of notability. Current information in article fails WP:POLITICIAN.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. French Albums Chart[edit]

I changed it back to the previous version including compilations because the official French Albums Chart includes catalog albums and compilations since 2011. We already did it in the articles of 2011 and 2012, so it makes no sense to do it differently with the 2013 article. Just to let you know before you change it again. Greetings! --94.16.64.227 (talk) 00:19, 19 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please answer this post or I'll change it back to my version! Compilations are allowed to chart on the French Albums Chart now, so why do you use the chart that excludes compilations as source for 2013's No. 1 albums? --213.157.27.153 (talk) 21:20, 19 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, my main source for this albums chart is the SNEP website (snepmusique.com) which does not include compilation albums whereas lescharts.com and chartsinfrance.net include the compilations. So, I prefer to choose the official source. I don't know if I'm right. --Special:Contributions/Pierremar 09:45, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe you could ask a third (outside) user whether he prefers compilations or not, because I'm not content with the current article arrangement although you surely did your best in that regard! --94.16.65.190 (talk) 22:13, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Philippe Knoche requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, Pierremar. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Tu vas me manquer, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:

  1. edit the page
  2. remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. save the page

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Müdigkeit (talk) 10:15, 8 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

List of top 10 singles in 2019 (France)[edit]

Why are you still using the downloads chart on List of top 10 singles in 2019 (France)? I'm sure you're aware SNEP now publishes a combined downloads and streaming chart at http://www.snepmusique.com/tops-semaine/top-singles-megafusion/ and this is now the chart that lescharts.com archives. There's no real reason to still be using a chart that exclusively ranks download sales. Please work at converting the article you created into using the overall (Megafusion) chart or somebody else will do it for you. Thanks. Ss112 14:52, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello SS112, I don't speak English but i will try to do so. It is true, I base myself on the ranking of the Singles downloaded since I make this classification, since 2010 now. If you want to change the current ranking, you can do it. Nothing prevents you, it's voluntary. The Megafusion ranking, as it is called by the SNEP, includes, in my opinion, too many rap and R & NB titles in the top ten places, whereas the ranking of the downloaded singles reflects more what is happening on TV or radio since it is based on iTunes sales. Bye. 15:43, 25 June 2019 (UTC).

Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Notice

The article Robert Bisson (politician) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Roger Jouet requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia.

However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Thanks for your contributions to List of top 10 singles in 2024 (France). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources and it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. ~~ αvírαm|(tαlk) 07:53, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
