Please leave the Cleo Higgins page alone[edit]

There is nothing wrong with a part of her Cleopatra bio being included on her page. Its apart of her history and is helpful to the people who do not wish to go to the Cleopatra page. This isn't an issue on the Beyonce Knowles page with her Destony's Child bio. I've been working on this page since it was created and i'd appreciate if you didn't remove things.

Kind regaurds

Who are you? I think you need to read WP:OWN. Pince Nez (talk) 18:49, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Who are you more like! I've been helping to update the Cleo page for a long time and i don't understand why you have come along and started to remove info. Its part of her history and i will remain to keep putting it back. I've seen sections of band bios on solo artist pages and i don't see why this is a problem for you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.67.49.69 (talk) 18:29, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
By "Who are you?", I meant that you are not signing your messages. Also, since you do not have an account, it's not easy communicating with you. Despite previous requests, you are STILL removing trivia tags and citation request tags. Stop doing that - it's vandalism.
Duplicating information across two different pages is a bad thing - if someone edits one of the pages, the change won't be reflected on the other page. You're trying to compare this to the Beyonce Knowles article, but that's a long an indepth article and the Destiny's Child info there is in proportion with the rest of the article. This is a much shorter article, and padding it out with details of Cleopatra is pointless. Pince Nez (talk) 14:20, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

stub tagging[edit]

Hallo, I've just looked at Inari, Finland because you'd labelled it as a stub, but I don't think it is one. The definition at WP:STUB starts off "A stub is an article containing only a few sentences of text...", and I think that article is well beyond stub size. It's the second time today I've felt this about an article you've labelled as a stub, the other being Prince Valdemar of Denmark. If you feel an article needs expanding you could add the {{expand}} stub, but I don't think it's helpful to label either of these as a stub: it just causes more work for those of us at WP:STUBSORT. Why did you add the {{stub}} tag to these two articles? PamD (talk) 15:49, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The I4 template/rationale for deletion refers to:

"Lack of licensing information. Images in category "Images with unknown source", "Images with unknown copyright status", or "Images with no copyright tag" that have been in the category for more than seven days, and which still lack the necessary information, regardless of when uploaded. Note, editors sometimes specify their source in the upload summary, so be sure to check the circumstances of the image."

You will note that there is a requirement that the image was tagged for more than 7 days and after that point in time still lack the appropriate information. So the "speedy" template there was not appropriate, while the dated no-source was more appropriate. SkierRMH (talk) 19:43, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
