Please stop creating new pages about the same topic

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. You have created multiple pages (articles and drafts) about the same topic, with slightly different titles; when Draft:Mira Bhayander Vasai Virar Police Commissionerate had been declined, you created Mira Bhayandar Vasai Virar Police Commissionerate instead of editing the existing draft. The new article had to be moved to draft space as well, and it now redirects to the older draft.

Please work only on the draft at Draft:Mira Bhayander Vasai Virar Police Commissionerate and don't movebit to mainspace yourself, or create any other pages about the commissionerate. No worries – it can be a confusing process. When you have identified and added secondary and independent sources with an in-depth discussion of the MBVV (not simply mentioning it in passing), and made sure that all information in the article has a citation, you can click the blue "Resubmit" button on the draft, to submit it for review.

Important: Please read the information in the decline notice and the comment and follow the blue links to the various relevant guidelines, and do not remove the "decline" and "comment" templates. When the draft is reviewed, if the reviewer accepts it, the templates will be automatically removed; until it has been accepted, the templates need to remain. No, I have not deleted you user page. Only administrators can delete Wikipedia pages, and I'm not an admin. I tagged your sandbox for deletion, because it was a copyright violation (as you can see in the notice above), and an administrator reviewed the tag and agreed that the sandbox had to be deleted.

When you think the draft is ready to become an article, you can click the blue "Resubmit" button, but please don't do that now. You have not provided any independent sources, and there are still no footnotes. You have added some unsourced content and a couple of templates listing rank insignia, which are not relevant for an article about an individual police department. Then You must also take actions on MUMBAI POLICE's Page as Being an Neighboured Police Commissionerate, as after Mumbai, MBVV Police came in region, so i refered the names of sections and etc things from the MUMBAI POLICE page. Well, maybe it is not relevant on the article about the Mumbai police either, or maybe it is relevant there but not in this article – or maybe it could be included in this article as well, if there is a consensus that it should be included in all articles about police departments in India. It doesn't matter where an editor lives. Wait, no, don't base any part of the draft on information you get straight from them! One of the reasons why the draft was deleted was that all sources came from them (either in the form of press releases, or their own website). Please do read what an independent source is. Learning how to edit

Pratik.S2005, I'm sorry you have had a couple of drafts deleted – that's a frustrating introduction to Wikipedia editing. Please understand that these deletions had to happen because the drafts consisted mainly of text copied straight from the sources. Here is an explanation of why that is prohibited.Here is a step-by-step guide to how to use sources without copying them.

I suggest that you do not try to create new articles or drafts yet. It is one of the very hardest things to do in Wikipedia, but if you spend a bit of time editing existing articles, you will gradually get a sense of what an article needs in terms of sources, what belongs and doesn't belong in a specific article, how to structure an article, and so on. That will make it a lot less frustrating, I believe.
