Appeal to remove blocking on my account[edit]

Dear Editors,

This is to seek your considerations to unblocked my account. I had gone thru the discussions I've read about the accounts I created (EAHSC_Bizenu & RBR_Account) which apparently I had a mistake in properly managing the EAHSC_Bizenu since I thought of having this as my experimental account only. I made the RBR_Account for the 2nd time to finally gone thru the assigned task for me which it complicates the situation.

As I am going thru with all the wiki policies, though it requires focus and thorough understanding to your policies, gradually, I started to appreciate the value of the restrictions which this provide reliability and credibility of any information posted in Wikipedia. I sincerely apologize for neglecting your warnings and violating your policies. This will be definitely improved in the future and do my best to comply with your guidelines.

This is why I am seeking your consideration and appeal to unblocked my account (RBR_Account). For EAHSC_Bizenu, I am thinking if it's possible to delete that particular account so it wont cause conflict of interest to my current account.

Dear Editors, As per the recommendation of Yamla, regarding on giving importance to your COI Policy, I was able to review your specific guidelines and appropriate rules in posting article especially for living persons. This contradicts to the article I posted in my account. Furthermore, prior to posting anything, I need to be extra cautious with the information I will be posting and review thoroughly the content. Are you Buzuayehu Tadele Bizenu? Of not, do you have any connection to him or his company? You have to properly disclose your wp:conflict of interest if you want to be unblocked. Hi Vanjagenije, I am not sure if you will received this reply since I cannot answer you back through talk page. I encounter permission error due to blocked account. Honestly, I want to fully comply with your COI policy and also to disclose this issue. Buzuayehu Tadele Bizenu is my boss which I was task to create a biography for him. It is not my intention to promote Bizenu or EAHSC which I think the article I made pertains to that intention. Apparently, I want your advise and opinion on this concern for me to know what to do and how to proceed.

You still have not answered what kind of edits you intend to make if unblocked. As referred to BLPs guidelines and noticeboard, I completely understand your side about the COI policy I violated. Honestly, it is not my intention to create a promotional article. I only want to post a Biography of Mr. Bizenu which turns out to violate the writing style policy of Wikipedia. My sincere apology. As far as I wanted to modify Mr. Bizenu’s article to comply with the BLPs criteria and policy, If you suggest that Mr. Buzuayehu’s article cannot be acceptable to post in Wiki, then I will respect that. As an alternative, I am thinking if I can seek advice some leeway to permit to allow me to post which will not violate administrative issues and appropriate for my intention.
