The article Phoebe sava has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Wikipedia does not aim to have articles on just anything, but only on subjects which have received substantial coverage in significant published sources. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

My advice to new editors is that it is best to start by making small improvements to existing articles, rather than creating new articles. Over the years I have found that editors who start by making small changes to existing articles and work up from there have a far better chance of having a successful time here than those who jump right into creating new articles from the start. Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Phoebe Sava. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. I also suggest that you look at Wikipedia's notability guidelines, as I have already suggested above, to see what sort of thing is considered acceptable.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to remove speedy deletion notices from pages you created yourself, as you did at Phoebe Sava, you may be blocked from editing. When I posted the message above I gave you the benefit of the doubt and assumed that you had not noticed that instruction not to remove such a tag from a page you created was included in two of the messages already on this page and also in the speedy deletion notice on the article itself. However, since you did the same again after I posted a message giving more prominence to that instruction, it is difficult to see how you could still have been unaware of it.
