Mohamed Tolba moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Mohamed Tolba, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Conflict of interest and username concerns[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I saw that you edited or created Bilqas SC, and I noticed that your username, "Bilqas", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, service, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Foobar Museum of Art". However, you are permitted to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people, and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, service, or website, regardless of your username. Please also read our paid editing policy and our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please request a change of username, by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, choosing a username that complies with our username policy. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 14:26, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Disclosure of employment[edit]

Information icon

Hello Rashed at Bilqas SC. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, such as the edit you made to Bilqas SC, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Rashed at Bilqas SC. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Rashed at Bilqas SC|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 15:41, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Drm310
I'm not paid for that.
I'm the digital marketing consultant of Bilqas sports club and i'm responsible for this page creation.
Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rashed at Bilqas SC (talkcontribs)
If your job is marketing for this organization, then you are by Wikipedia's definition a paid editor. A declaration of this is both mandatory and non-negotiable. Please make use of the {{paid}} template to make the required disclosure before making any further edits to Wikipedia.
Please note that even after you make the declaration, you are still obligated to follow Wikipedia's rules regarding conflict of interest. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 19:08, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand where and how to use this paid feature? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rashed at Bilqas SC (talkcontribs)

Rashed at Bilqas SC, here's how:
  • Copy this: {{paid|user=Rashed at Bilqas SC|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
  • go to User:Rashed at Bilqas SC
  • paste what you copied
  • change the first "InsertName" to the name of your employer and the second one to the name of your/his client.
  • add your signature by writing ~~~~
  • save the page.
Please do not make any edit to any other page until you have done that. Once it is done, you should not make any edit to any article page you are paid to edit; you may request changes by using {{request edit}} on the talk-page. Please read about edit-warring, and avoid it with care – you are very close to getting yourself into trouble at Belkas SC. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 19:37, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Also, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 19:40, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of Conflict of interest noticeboard discussion[edit]

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard regarding a possible conflict of interest incident with which you may be involved. Thank you. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 19:00, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

January 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Belkas SC. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose their editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to result in loss of your editing privileges. Thank you. Create a new page Bilqas SC[edit]

  • Hi there,

I want to create a new page with the name Bilqas SC by the way I don't take any money from marketing consultancy. It is a position of honor only Rashed at Bilqas SC (talk) 19:49, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Per WP:PAID: "Interns, on-loan staff, and unpaid workers, including volunteers, are deemed to be employees. If they are directed or expected to edit Wikipedia as part of their tasks, they must make a paid-contribution disclosure." This applies to you, therefore a disclosure is necessary. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 22:54, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I see that you have done this on your userpage, so thank you. If you want to request changes to the article, please review Wikipedia:Edit requests and then post your request at Talk:Belkas SC. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 22:57, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
