I see that you have said that you are not Mr. Rashid al Habtoor himself, and that means you can not use his name as your username. If you make a new unblock request, please use {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use, and replace the text "Your reason here" with the reason you think you should be unblocked. Also, looking at this comment from you, it is clear that you do not understand what Wikipedia is or how it works. Wikipedia is not a social media site, and subjects (or their agents) do not get to own their articles or determine what they contain. Articles should be written from a neutral point of view, ideally by editors who are independent of the subject, and are open to anyone to edit. Articles are written about their subjects, not by their subjects. Anyone with a commercial/professional connection to a subject they wish to write about should adhere to Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines and must follow paid editing policy. Hello wikipedia team, Greetings ! This is Rashid al habtoor, I understand that my wikipedia account has been blocked for making several errors by my media person. The reason why i asked him to make editing because the information that was already published about me in wikipedia by anonymous is not something that i wish to be there.Either you remove the existing page of Rashid al habtoor or let me allow to make the changes myself by unblocking the IP address and new account creation facility. It is quite annoying that everytime i type my name in google and Rashid al habtoor Wikipedia page poped up with some negative information that ruins my business reputation. if you need any sort of verification or evidences , please contact me at my dubai office number <<gah. don't put phone numbers on wikipedia>>. I would also like to add one more thing that most of the time i am busy in business so i hired one online marketing executive to build my reputation online. if you think, you need my permission for him to do the editing , i can share an authorization letter for him to do so. if you think it can only be done by myself, no problem, that can also be done. Dear Yamla, I am not going to write about myself. I want a page with my name in wikipedia with right information. I am going to use the verified citation for this purpose. I know it is considered compromised, but as i already mentioned that I was the one who requested my media person to create a profile on my behalf. Therefore,if you want to delete the complete page, i don't have any objection. you please delete it and I am going to write a fresh article with all the required policies and guidelines suggested by wikipedia.

Yeah, this is quite convoluted. This account was used by someone operating at your behest and they did things you did not like and now you want us to unblock this account and delete the page about you because it is annoying?

Please do not post your phone number on Wikipedia. It sounds like you want to place a take down notice. That cannot be done by editing here. The WMF office handles that sort of thing email them at info-en-q

wikimedia.org. You can give them your phone number and any other proof you are who you claim to be. See this page for more contact information. As to the unblock request, I believe you've been told before that we cannot unblock a compromised account. With all this confusion over who is behind the account, I certainly won't unblock. Build your reputation online, OMG, no. Please read WP:PROMO. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a place to "build your reputation." If there is any negative material you would like to challenge, let us know here and we will check. If it's reliably sourced, then we probably won't remove it. Dear Dlohcierekim, Thanks for your kind response. as per your valuable suggestions , I have now emailed to wikipedia team at : 'info-en-q@wikimedia.org' As you mentioned that you won't unblock, this will effect other users of wikipedia who are using the same IP address in my office. I fully understood that you've got confused with many editings. I do apologies for this mishap that annoyed you. Believe me , my account has never been compromised, as it was my online marketing executive only who was following my directions. He discussed and explained the complete matter to me. As far as my reputation building concerned , i always meant about that wikipedia is a universal platform and i never want it to show people what i am not in real. Inspite of citing many good sources / references somebody deleted them everytime. I want those articles also to flash in my account. The phone number i posted to make a verification check ,but now i learned that it is not as per wikipedia policy and I am going to be extra cautious from now onward before making anything in wikipedia. However, I have already requested wikipedia team through email to take down my account. so that I can create a whole new account that supplies information as per wikipedia guidelines and reliable sources only. please if you can resolve this issue, I would really be humble to you.

You claim "my account has never been compromised" and yet the first unblock request above says the account is operated by someone other than you, and now here you are operating that same account. That is the definition of compromised: the account has been used by more than one person. Therefore, we cannot unblock it. Because you and your media person have a conflict of interest, the only venue available for you to publish an article is Wikipedia:Articles for creation. thank you very much Anachronist for getting me right definition of Account Compromise. The reason why I mentioned that my account has never been compromised is because my media person and me sit in the same office and we see each other everyday. when he made changes in my wikipedia article, he had shown it to me and I only approved the content. However I have given him full authority to work online on my behalf but I never knew that wikipedia might have objection on this matter. Therefore, After knowing the reason of blocked account, I have now took the charge to directly communicate with you. if you think I can make another account and make the editing my self, you need to help me to create new account which at the moment is disabled by you due to IP blocking. Hence, I request you to kindly make a release on my IP address. I would be really humble to you.

I will say, further, that Rashidalhabtoor and his media person must first agree that they will never again make any substantive change to the Rashid Al Habtoor article, as a condition for unblocking the IP address, and must adhere to that agreement as a condition for their new accounts remaining unblocked. Any changes to the article must be proposed on the article's talk page.              2. Any changes to the article would be presented on article's talk page first. 
             3. I Rashid Al habtoor and My media person will have a separate account
             4. I will not use my article for Promotion and advertisement purpose
             5. I will run my account myself and keep it confidential too.
