Don’t replace double hyphens in Ada, SQL, Eiffel and VHDL source code

Bug fixed. Check Wikipedia_talk:AutoWikiBrowser/Bugs/Archive_21#Don.E2.80.99t_replace_double_hyphens_in_Ada.2C_SQL.2C_Eiffel_and_VHDL_source_code. Just an advice.
