It is very hard to use an image that is already published on the web. Everybody here is effectively anonymous - it is impossible to say who any user actually is. Thus when an image appears here that is published elsewhere, it is automatically flagged as a copyright violation of the original page - unless that page gives explicit permission - otherwise the original publishing will have given that image "All Rights Reserved" by default. Suggest read WP:DCM if you really need to use a previously published image.
