Hello! Thank you for your e-mail. This page was deleted twice as the first attempt was empty, hence the {{db-empty}} tag. The second attempt started to reproduce copyrighted content from http://www.happyplanetindex.org/, something that violates the CFDL licence and the copyright of The new economics foundation. Talking about the concept is fine and discussing it in detail would also be beneficial to an interested researcher. Providing links to the actual research/statistical findings would be useful but reproducing this material on Wikipedia would violate copyrights and take up server space unnecessarily. Try developing the article in a Sandbox from your Userpage before posting again. You can also ask the opinions of other editors before posting the entire article in order to prevent its speedy deletion, accidental or otherwise.
