Disambiguation link notification for December 27[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Elias Sunny, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Niall O'Brien (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Welcome![edit]

Hello, Rijuche89, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not yet been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. As well, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Hello, I'm Jfd34. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Ajoy Chakrabarty, but you didn't provide a reliable source. If you'd like to include a citation and , please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. jfd34 (talk) 17:07, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Rijuche89. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Nabin Hela, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Nabin Hela to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks, GAtechnical (talk) 09:28, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Alfred Jaryan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Player fails WP:NFOOTY and WP:GNG. The player has played in the Federation Cup (India) against I-League teams but he played against them while playing for Mohammedan who are a 2nd Division team. The I-League 2nd Division is not a fully-pro league.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Lack of citations[edit]

Hi, I have been noticing your updating of player profiles when they do a notable event but there is one problem. You seem to not put citations or references to prove that "So and So player" did something notable. There is an option at the top of the edit box called "Cite". Click it and then click "Templates" and follow the instructions from there. It is important for wikipedia as an encyclopedia to have references so we know that the event told on here is true and that there is reliable evidence to prove it. Cheers and continue on. --ArsenalFan700 (talk) 17:01, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You did not even read what I said! You have to cite your work or I will undo your edit. --ArsenalFan700 (talk) 17:05, 12 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article Sankar Gupta has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi. Appreciate your recent edits on Hashim Amla and other cricketer. I have one few thing to say, that you can edit and update the pages of cricketers, but think twice, before editing with new formats. Inserting flag icons to every team opponent and venue itself is too confused and it is uneasy to go through the article. So, in future, please consider that and only insert flag icon to the one who win the game. Do not insert flag icons to opponent and venue. If you have any doubts, text me on my talk page.
