P.S. New discussion threads for you will appear at the bottom of this page.

Hello Rivanho,

It seems to me that an article you worked on, Kirill Pokrovsky, may be copied from http://www.kirillpokrovsky.com/biography.htm. It's entirely possible that I made a mistake, but I wanted to let you know because Wikipedia is strict about copying from other sites.

It's important that you edit the article and rewrite it in your own words, unless you're absolutely certain nothing in it is copied. If you're not sure how to fix the problem or have any questions, there are people at the help desk who are happy to assist you.

Thank you for helping build a free encyclopedia! MadmanBot (talk) 13:40, 12 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Kirill Pokrovsky, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Article Suggestions[edit]

You should read WP:COI also WP:ARTIST and WP:RS. Those three articles will help you in crafting the article. Trying to direct people to the website and lack of independant sourcing is why I nominated it for deletion. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 12:55, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the csd tag and added a BLP Prod which will give you time to add sources to the article. If you do not add sources it will be deleted. Make sure they are seperate from wikipedia and are reliable. Russian language sources are ok. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 13:09, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

DO you speak Russian?[edit]

Dutch[edit]

Sorry i removed the prod tags again but after i put other sources, hope they are reliablel enough now ?

I removed the tag it looks like e may meet the standard for notability but it at least staves off deletion. Thank you for adding the sources. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 14:21, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

So lets hope for the best then if the sources are OK this time, thank you for your support. So I just wait for a few days now and see if the page will stay or not ?

More then likely it will stay. I have done a little searching and he is cited in several sources. I'm a deletionist which means that if I think it's not notable I will have it deleted as my first choice. I could be wrong here but I doubt it. Just drop a line on my talkpage if you have any questions and I will try and help you through whatever issue that comes up. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 14:36, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Well, there are a few things i cannot correct as i do'nt really know how to correct them: "This article may require cleanup to meet Wikipedia's quality standards. The specific problem is: MOS compliance." ??? -->What is MOS compliance ??? "This article may be written from a fan's point of view, rather than a neutral point of view." -->I think there is nothing in the text referring to fans. "The topic of this article may not meet Wikipedia's general notability guideline." --> ???

I'd let more experienced editors handle that being that MOS is Manual of Style. those tags just ask for people's help to make sure it looks good. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 15:12, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
