April 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of Buffyverse objects, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 06:23, 12 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ANI Notification[edit]

Hello, Rockiesfan19. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 06:34, 12 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Article taggings[edit]

I went through your contributions and noticed that many of the maintenance tags you've added to articles are incorrect. Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines relevant to a tag before placing it on a page. Also, please familiarize yourself with the meaning of vandalism before reporting more users to AIV, as the recent report you made not of an actual vandal. Talkback[edit]

Hello, Rockiesfan19. You have new messages at Mendaliv's talk page.

AIV report on 97.125.30.66[edit]

You say "vandalism after release of block" for this IP. There's no evidence of a block (see the block log). The IP appears to have made two edits in total, both talkpage blanking, for which they have been warned. Please bear in mind what Someguy1221 said above before making AIV reports. Thanks. Braces picture comment[edit]

In reference to the comment you called non constructive: Save the image and you will see it doesn't open up properly. It displays a 1 pixel image when saved and for some reason can't be "copied" like a normal image. Bluesoju (talk) 00:47, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I wasn't asking a question, you left me the following message:

"Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. How was it not constructive? The image doesn't save properly, I was suggesting perhaps a better version that saves correctly could be uploaded.Bluesoju (talk) 03:30, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop[edit]

You are acting much too hastily, and some of your actions do not even make sense, such as a CfD nomination of a user talk page. Please note that if you continue, your Twinkle access may be removed and if you persist beyond that, you may even be blocked. Also, if you have not already, please remember to check back on WP:ANI. NuclearWarfare (Talk) 00:52, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Stop warning everyone for any and no reason at all, please. TW isn't for such activity and it is clearly disruptive. Last warning. -- Mentifisto 01:47, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. -- Mentifisto 03:28, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please provide evidence preferably using diffs, failure to do so will result in the case being closed in 24 hours with no action. Please understand that SPI cases meant solely to harass or disrupt other users will are frowned upon and may result in your account being blocked. —— nixeagleemail me 03:30, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The case may be closed sooner then your block expires. Please understand that further acts of disruption will result in extended blocks. —— nixeagleemail me 03:35, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

computer left in library someone used it maslously. really sorry but this is true this is no lie

Decline reason:

{{subst:All your edits have been rather similar with no drastic change in language, so I doubt that. Since you haven't made any constructive edits, just be happy the admin didn't make the block indefinite.}} Wizardman 03:53, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

see above

Decline reason:

There seems to be a general consistency in the nature of your edits, so I'm not inclined to believe your explanation. Regardless, you have demonstrated very unfortunately your inability to properly use your editing priveleges. As a result, I'm recommending the block stand, which I hope you understand is still a substantial assumption of good faith. As the other declining admin stated above, you're lucky the block is not indefinite. Additionally, I have removed your access to twinkle. Someguy1221 (talk) 04:25, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You'll get it back when you demonstrate an understanding of the policies and guidelines (based on good edits) regarding its use. You seem to be very eager to help Wikipedia, so I hate to say it, but a lot of your edits haven't served that purpose. I'd suggest trying to slow down on your actions, read the guidelines, and make sure an edit is appropriate before you make it. If you're not sure, ask at the help desk or one of the noticeboards. Or you can seek a more experienced user to adopt you. Someguy1221 (talk) 05:57, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
