I'm sorry but we can't use text from this source without evidence of permission. The source is clearly marked as copyrighted and it states that the text has been published in a newspaper, which likely holds the copyright. File permission problem with File:Don Beckerleg - 50 Years of Service - One in a Thousand.jpg[edit]

I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
