Bitte schön

Bitte schön Sebastian, I hope to have done a good work, also for ambiguous titles (controlled). I would also do a work for the categorization of Bezirke and Stadtteile. If possible i would list the quarters per district in the tmp. Thanks again :-) . --Dэя-Бøяg, 15:32, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

In my opinion... Hmmm, simply Speicherstadt (with the english term as redrirect). At the top of the voice you can place the disambiguation note to the one of Münster (also if it's red). For category i can suggest Stadtviertel of Localities of HH. Greets . --Dэя-Бøяg, 16:15, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

Re: Your edits

You left a message in my talk page. You mentioned that I "deleted a correct link and linked to the Afghan disambig". Can you please let me know which edit you are referring to, because I edited several articles. This way I will be able to explain the reason behind that specific edit. Thank you (Ketabtoon (talk) 20:40, 2 October 2009 (UTC))

Hello, Sebastian scha.. You have new messages at Agathoclea's talk page.

Invitation to HH task force

Thanx for your interest. Accepted de facto (because as user i could be discontinuous). PS: Do you accept in Hamburg an expert more about Berlin ;-DD ? But... as Railman, my nickname is officially "Dammtor". PS: of course, reguarding "LA, California"... I completely agree with you :-) Dэя-Бøяg, 12:55, 3 October 2009 (UTC)

Hallo Sebastian scha., As a native Berliner I just can't agree to your edit to categorize the article about the Forces Françaises à Berlin as low importance. The french forces have been in Berlin for 49 years, in the years after the Berlin Blockade, protecting us from getting run over by soviet troops, just like the british and US forces. In your user page you disclose that you're from Hamburg. Now just imagine some other user would rate the last 49 years of some part of the Hamburg history as low importance. Wouldn't that make you feel more than angry? Fall's Du möchtest, kannst Du natürlich auch auf Deutsch antworten. Gruß Jörg --BajanZindy (talk) 17:07, 4 October 2009 (UTC)

I rate according to Wikipedia:WikiProject Germany/Assessment—for instructions read there—you can list it in the section for assessment requests and someone will take a look at it. I don't think this is a question of "many years" or other personal feelings.
Note: You are free to rate any Germany or Hamburg-related articles, as long as you stay to the guidelines. I definitely won't get angry, more I would feel lucky, if someone else is doing this ground work too; and I personally rated many of Hamburg-related articles as low important to the German project (e.g. Altona borough). I write English, since this is the English wiki and maybe other not German speaking editors are interested too. Sebastian scha. (talk) 17:29, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
Note2: Although it's not appreciated to WP:OTHERSTUFF (but this is no afd), see Talk:United States Army Berlin tagged low importance too since 22 May 2009. Sebastian scha. (talk) 19:08, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
Well, I accept. As I'm not in the best of health right now, I just have to do so. I only hope that nobody changes the article to an even lower status, because then I could've saved a lot of time, instead of translating it from the german wiki into english in the first place. I Hope you understand. BTW: English: Your english is far better than En-1. Regards--BajanZindy (talk) 19:44, 4 October 2009 (UTC)
Why, thanks. And between us, the importance rating is totally unimportant for articles (it's for the inclusion into a printed wiki). But may I suggest some points to improve the article? Because I think its a good start. Include a picture, if you can: barracks, soldiers, anything; also include an infobox like {{Infobox Military Unit}}. And with a little more content, you may get a DYD, if you suggest it. Sebastian scha. (talk) 19:54, 4 October 2009 (UTC)

Hi Sebastian -it's a good idea to have a featured stub to try to expand! Sorry about the fuss with the template name - it's just easier to sort and deal with stub templates by bot if every template using "-stub" at the end of its name is an actual stub template to be used on an article. Hope it didn't cause any problems. Grutness...wha? 00:04, 6 October 2009 (UTC)

No it doesn't. You changed all the related pages, thanks again. Sebastian scha. (talk) 09:33, 6 October 2009 (UTC)

DYK for Hamburg Police

Updated DYK query On October 7, 2009, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Hamburg Police, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits your article got while on the front page (here's how) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

Battle of Ostrach

The GA nom is still pending, as far as I can tell. Why don't you review it for GA? Auntieruth55 (talk) 16:01, 24 October 2009 (UTC)

I don't think my English, knowledge of wiki code, and the topic itself are good enough to rate it. Sorry. Sebastian scha. (talk) 16:06, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
PS I have a few minor points a) What about the monument? http://www.ostrach.de/geschichte/buchbuehldenkmal.htm b) Archduke Charles links to a disambig. c) Why not linking other German villages/locations (if exisiting e.g. Hoßkirch, Lake Constance, Ulm, Pfullendorf) in the article? Sebastian scha. (talk) 16:45, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
they had been linked at one time, and are again. I only link once. I added the monument. Nothing is wrong with your English that I can tell.  :) Ruth Auntieruth55 (talk) 18:09, 24 October 2009 (UTC)

Thank You

Hey, thank you for the welcome at my discussion page. I try to improve the articles in Hamburg, too, but unfortunately my english is not very good, so I just write at the discussion pages of the articles and maybe I'm anytime good enough in english for edit the pages directly! --LaBumm (talk) 04:19, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

Antonia of Württemberg

Thanks for your assessment and useful comment. With regard to the de-wiki sourcing though, see my reply on the talk page. Jheald (talk) 18:31, 28 October 2009 (UTC)

You are welcome. (Answered there.) Sebastian scha. (talk) 19:02, 28 October 2009 (UTC)
