After the Draft:Elie Samaha (stylist) was rejected and speedily deleted, and Modussiccandi (an admin, no less) placed this warning on your talk page, you've straight away gone ahead and recreated the Samaha draft — why? In fact, this makes me wonder if you have more than an average interest in the subject, so I'm going to place a COI query below, and I would like you to respond to it before you submit the said draft for review or otherwise edit it any further.
