Hi, I see that you have deleted a page I have just created - Gweirca ferch Owain. Can you explain why this has been deleted? I consider that the page is notable in that the grave slab of Gweirca at Valle Crucis Abbey is the earliest dated inscribed stone monument in North Wales. - @Boatgypsy: I actually did not notice that sentence. I will undelete the article for you as that is a valid assertion of notability. However, that being said, it may not be enough to pass the notability guidelines so you should try to get some references to meet the WP:GNG. Hello Shirik,
My name is Pavlos Etostone a well known music producer , songwriter , label owner , audio mastering engineer with various awards worldwide. Recently my page on wikipedia was deleted , and as I looked in the talk page , it was deleted by you.
I understand that you are trying your best to keep wikipedia clean from untruthful pages and content. But I believe it was a mistake that my page was deleted.
I would like to mention as well , that I have a discography since 1998 . And I have released more than 140 tracks worldwide till today. Please let me know why you have deleted my page , as I can understand that it had some unfair marks already. I have not constructed the page by my self but from a wiki user expert and although I had much more content to show , this expert user had to minimize it so it can be approved by you.

A thank you and a small request
I thank you for speaking to Chillum earlier, but I would like to ask you to please keep an eye on his conduct and the conduct of Dreadstar. Both of them injected themselves into the talk page at Talk:Vani Hari and Dreadstar has made further commentary responses sent to my talk page that appear to me to be either attempts to get an angry response from me or to threaten me. Quick query about speedy deletions...
Hi Shirik. I hope to learn something from you. You may not be aware, but after denial for speedy-deletion of Flying Tiger Development, I returned to that page and attempted a cleanup. I added several references and some wiki-links. It was the least I could do for a page that was in such poor shape and without a single reference. My question is regarding pages such as this, that are almost entirely promotional and without notability. Is there something special about the category or content that I am missing? I dont want to inappropriately post a speedy-deletion notice without fully understanding why this one was rejected. -Kyle(talk) 21:04, 27 August 2014 (UTC)
- @Khamar: don't worry too much about it; everyone makes mistakes. The important thing to note is that the CSD criteria are very strict, intentionally. Just because CSD doesn't apply doesn't mean it belongs on Wikipedia. It simply means it can't be deleted that way. WP:AFD is option in other cases. The G11 criterion, in particular, is meant for things that are basically advertising on Wikipedia -- the fact that a page about a company exists does not make it promotional. Something saying "we make the greatest games on the market" is clearly promotional. In general, my philosophy on CSD is this: if it's in any way ambiguous, it's not eligible for CSD. CSD is for things that obviously should be deleted. (Almost) everything else goes to AFD. Hope that clears things up. --Shirik (Questions or Comments?) 02:51, 29 August 2014 (UTC)
