Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page 54th engineer battalion has been reverted.

Draft First Option[edit]

Thank you for your recent contributions. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft version first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, without the risk of speedy deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Thank you. Happy editing, hajatvrc with WikiLove @ 21:12, 14 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Is there a copyright concern with your new article?[edit]

Greetings! I see you've created an article titled History Report on Bamberg Barracks. However, the introduction to the article states, "This wiki page is a scanned copy of a report by an un-named woman." If the woman is unnamed—and if we thus cannot know that she is a federal employee (and she likely isn't)—how do we know that the text is free to be reproduced on Wikipedia? —C.Fred (talk) 01:36, 15 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to History Report on Bamberg Barracks. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article.   — Jeff G.  ツ 01:45, 15 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Wiki-dudes. I did not realize this change could be considered controversial. Pretty straight-forward material, I thought. The booklet I got this info from was personally-printed, and the librarian said it was written by an unnamed woman, with no copywrite. How do I prove conclusively that it's not copywrited anywhere in the world?? Do I get the librarian to come on here & confirm that 1) this booklet is in the Bamberg base library & 2) the woman that wrote it has no interest in copywriting it? I read the Citation page but do not see how to do this Simplegreen1963 (talk) 05:23, 15 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
