There is no autoblock for your account as far as I can determine but if you are told you are blocked, please see the advice above. There is no block on your account that an admin can remove without knowing what block triggered. I checked the block log for the range you mentioned and it has not been set to autoblock accounts that use those addresses. Are you sure that's the right one? Regards SoWhy 21:13, 5 April 2012 (UTC)

I am told 69.22.170.0/24 (talk · contribs) has been blocked by DeltaQuad (talk · contribs) because it is believed to be an open proxy so I guess I am caught by an open proxy block. I don't have further information. I can edit articles when logging through https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/. I don't know how you proceed on en:wp but I guess this is what you need to do. Please act, I'm administrator and blocked for two days, it's getting a bit annoying and ridiculous. Thanks. The government and constituencies in the assembly

Thank you for answering my questions about the structure of France's political system. It is something I've been interested in, lately. So as not to get the French prime minister talk page further off topic, I thought I'd direct further questions to your personal talk page. Anyway, you said that it is traditional that if a deputy within the assembly is chosen as a minister, that he or she resigns his or her seat in the assembly in the event that they could lose that seat during assembly elections. My question is can they technically and legally remain a government minister even if they lose their assembly seat in an election? Has this ever happened? It sounds as if you can lose you assembly seat and still technically hold a government ministry so long as the prime minister keeps you. --Criticalthinker (talk) 07:30, 20 May 2012 (UTC)

Thank you, again. So, if a minister wins his or her consituency, there is, indeed, a seperation of powers that wouldn't allow him or her to continue serving both in the government and the assembly, simultaneously. But, if a minister loses his or her constituency during an assembly election, a prime minister could actually keep him or her on in the government since ministers don't have to be deputies to being with. That said, a prime minister will almost always force a minister to resign his or her assembly seat if they decide to run for it and lose their local election. BTW, do not worry about your English. BTW, I had an additional question. How is it that the new president gets to choose a new government consisting mainly of deputies from the PS when the current assembly is firmly in control of the UMP? Doesn't the assembly have to sign-off/approve of a government? I can't imagine why the UMP would aprove of a leftist government. --Criticalthinker (talk) 05:21, 21 May 2012 (UTC)

So, to be clear, a person can not be both a deputy and a government minister, simultaneously, and a president gets to choose and approve a cabinet before assembly elections even if that cabinet doesn't yet hold the confidence of the sitting assembly? --Criticalthinker (talk) 12:40, 21 May 2012 (UTC)

I have similar misgivings about this section. My difficulty is that I have no Bulgarian. Perhaps we could work together to restore/reflect a neutral point of view?
