January 2021[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to United States Armed Forces, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. - wolf 19:55, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to United States Armed Forces. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. - wolf 01:21, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The reliable source is global firepower, where is the citing your reliable source???? SlyCooper37 (talk) 01:33, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please supply specific sources for your edits. Please also read WP:3RR and cease edit warring. Vsmith (talk) 02:06, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You and others cease edit warring! I already specified my source, supply yours! SlyCooper37 (talk) 02:13, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your specific edits need to be supported in the article (for each change), just stating global firepower here is totally inadequate. Vsmith (talk) 02:19, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your specific edits are not supported in the article! SlyCooper37 (talk) 03:15, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at United States Armed Forces, you may be blocked from editing. BilCat (talk) 03:52, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your editing is outdated and disruptive! Without even any citation of one single source! SlyCooper37 (talk) 09:46, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at United States Armed Forces. BilCat (talk) 11:11, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I cited my reliable sources dumbass, you vandalized wikipedia's U.S. armed forced with outdated and uncited claims, who are you to block me you idiot? I can easily just make another account, stupid! SlyCooper37 (talk) 14:13, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 72 hours for persistently adding unsourced or poorly sourced content. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Widr (talk) 18:36, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

For New Users[edit]

Teahouse logo
Hello! SlyCooper37, you are invited to join other new editors and friendly hosts in the Teahouse. The Teahouse is an awesome place to meet people, ask questions and learn more about Wikipedia. Please join us!

Being new to Wikipedia can be difficult, there is a lot to know, but there is also a lot of help available. As you've seen, just constantly re-adding information, even if you know it to be correct is not the way to go. You need to properly cite the sources you're basing your edits upon. If you don't know how, that's ok... people will help you. Among the resources here are the 'Tea House' (noted above) and the Help Desk.

Also, it would be best to just wait out the block, as opposed to "just making another account". That is strongly discouraged as it violates the sock puppet policy and will lead to additional, longer blocks, perhaps even an indefinite one. Take the time to read through all the links here, there is a great deal of helpful information for new users, to get you on the right track when you return. - wolf 19:02, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Threat doesn't work with me! Indefinite one won't work, I can just reset my devide you idiot! SlyCooper37 (talk) 19:06, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Ohh-kay... it's been a real pleasure but, I think my work here is done for now. Good luck to you! - wolf 19:39, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/SlyCooper37, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
