You emailed me for an explanation; we deal with these things on-wiki, and the place to ask is on my user talk page. The article has now been deleted two times, by two separate administrators, and there was an earlier version deleted by the community. The article consisted only of a list of their services, their executives, and a flow chart of the databases--this is material that belongs on their website, not an encyclopedia. Furthermore there were no references at all to external sources. Wikipedia is not a directory. For an article you need references providing substantial coverage from third-party independent reliable sources, not press releases or mere announcement.
