November 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Glasgow Prestwick Airport may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "()"s and 2 "[]"s likely mistaking one for another. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • |1|| [[File:Flag of Ireland.svg|20px]] [[Dublin Airport|Dublin]]||124,896||{{decrease}}8 || [[No longer operated))

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 23:44, 21 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

List of towns and cities in Scotland by population[edit]

Hi Sonny. You keep editing the population figures for Aberdeen and Edinburgh on the list of towns and cities in Scotland page. The figures you are putting in seem to be population figures that are similar to the local authority populations rather than the urban area populations. This then makes the list inconsistent as the figures don't match the definition in other areas. Please can you stop altering the page without giving sources and without providing a consistent source for all towns and cities.Andrewdpcotton (talk) 14:44, 24 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Good spot re Aberdeen Sonny. The figure was also incorrect on the Aberdeen page, so I have corrected it there. It was showing the population for Aberdeen City Council which has it's own page so I have corrected it and provided both figures for correct context. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. April 2016[edit]
