DYK for Jane Doe No. 14 v. Internet Brands, Inc., DBA Modelmayhem.com
[edit]On 5 January 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Jane Doe No. 14 v. Internet Brands, Inc., DBA Modelmayhem.com, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that an American court case hinges on whether the Communications Decency Act immunizes web-based service providers against civil claims brought by users for harm caused by other users? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Jane Doe No. 14 v. Internet Brands, Inc., DBA Modelmayhem.com. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Jane Doe No. 14 v. Internet Brands, Inc.
[edit]Hi, Squeekur. I hope you're still around although your course has likely ended.
I just wanted to give you a head-up that the opinion in the case Jane Doe No. 14 v. Internet Brands, Inc., which you created an article on, has been withdrawn by the Ninth Circuit, and will be re-argued in March. You may want to keep an eye on the news and the court and update the article accordingly when the new opinion issues. TJRC (talk) 21:43, 25 February 2015 (UTC)
