Please help me with...I am trying to create a page for our school. I think I have made an error with the selection of the username. Does it not make sense to have the name of the school as the username?

You can't use Wikipedia to host a page promoting your school, as you did before being blocked: that is what your school's web site is for, but it is not what Wikipedia is for. As explained above, Wikipedia is not a free advertising service. Also, primary schools are not normally considered notable enough to be the subjects of Wikipedia articles.
